    This program discusses what contributes to cancer survivors exiting the workforce, and what employers can do to retain this important labor market segment.

    Our presenter is Robyn Chupka.  Robyn has worked in the Human Resource field for almost 20 years. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. She is also certified by The Society for Human Resource Management and The Human Resource Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management.

    Robyn has worked and consulted in a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, higher education and hospitality. Currently, Robyn is a non-tenured instructor at Montana State University’s Jake Jabs College of Business and Entrepreneurship, teaching a variety of courses including Human Resource Management, and runs a small HR consulting firm. Additionally, she currently serves as President for The Gallatin Valley Human Resource Association, and is the College Relations Director for the Montana State Council , an Affiliate of SHRM.
