    The Great Falls SHRM Chapter #341 (SHRM-GF) is an affiliate of SHRM. SHRM is a member-driven catalyst for creating better workplaces where people and businesses thrive together.     SHRM-GF was chartered on May 14, 1980 and continues to thrive and grow. We provide opportunities to interact with other professionals in the human resource field, to receive regular communications about the profession, and to attend relevant programs.  We provide a warm welcome, an educational and perhaps entertaining monthly program, networking opportunities to help assist you with your HR challenges, and a cost effective means of staying on top of your HR game.

    MISSION:

    • Advance the Profession – Improve understanding of the HR profession and increase its prestige.  In other words, help non-HR executives recognize and appreciate the value of HR.
    • Serve the Professional – Distribute information and create professional development and net working opportunities. Instill a sense of shared purpose – that members are helping people and making a difference in the success of the enterprise they serve
