No Surprises Act Update

    I'm sure many of you have heard of the Transparency in Coverage Rule that has been talked about for some time now. We wanted to share with you some information we obtained regarding this act and how it will look.

    TiC requires non-grandfathered group health plans and insurers in the individual and group plan markets to disclose certain coverage and pricing information.

    • In-network negotiated rates, and
    • Billed and out-of-network rates.
    • Prescription in-network and historical net prices disclosure has been delayed awaiting further guidance.
