Dean Mack SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Dean Mack, Deputy Administrator, State Human Resources Division is a human-resources professional with over 20 years of dedicated management experience within the fields of human resources and organizational development. Dean’s experience includes working with several large Montana and nationwide employers, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana, Heritage Propane, AmeriGas Propane, Student Assistance Foundation, and the State of Montana. Dean earned his Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in business management from Montana State University; he attained his Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute in 2010 and his Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resources Management in 2014. Dean received an outstanding human resources practitioner award from the Helena SHRM chapter in 2012. Dean chairs the Leadership Helena program for the Helena Chamber of Commerce for 16 years.
