    Doris Hernandez is a human resources professional with over 21 years of dedicated human resources and management experience.  Doris's experience includes working with the Army & Air Force Exchange Services in Panama, Benefis, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana, and the Center for Mental Health.  Doris earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Park University and her Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Troy State University.  She attained her Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2002 and her Certified Professional designation from the Society for Human Resources Management in 2015.  She is the  owner of her HR consulting business - HR Access, LLC.
